(INC. standing for incorporated, i.e. a corporation), is headquartered in Evergreen, CO, a mere half-hour drive from the DENVER MINT, which is today the single largest producer of coins in the world! Get ready to shudder from the sheer hypocrisy. Perhaps the most revealing thing about 300,000+ strong Sovereign Citizen Movement is what its detractors (read everyone with worldly pull; mostly trendies) say about it:

• First line in Wikipedia: “classified as an ‘extremist anti-government group’ by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation.”
• Anti-Defamation League: “Paper terrorism.”
• Encyclopædia Britannica Blog: “O tempora! O morons!”
• RationalWiki: “The sovereign citizen movement claims that a person has the right under common law (or at least their bizarre sham definition thereof)* to declare him/herself as essentially a nation unto themselves, and therefore may not be subject to the law of the land where they live.”

Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act in 1913. Since then, the Federal Reserve is not part of the “government of the people,” but a private, profiteering banking enterprise (similar to how Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code is in the fiction section). What does this mean for you? Today the taxes you pay to the IRS go into that private bank rather than directly to the people or even indirectly through their representatives!

It’s spellbinding to see what passes for “centrist” nowadays: namely, the most extreme socialism. The next line in each case reads, “Please be demoralized? Please oh please oh please be demoralized? Can’t you go back to pretending the emperor has clothes on? Can’t you spare us your raw personhood?” Fascinating how the “freethinkers” of yesteryear are against freedom of action today.

Writing in American Scientific Affiliation, Dennis L. Feucht describes McDonald’s theory, which claims that there are two classes of citizens in America: the ‘original citizens of the states’ (or ‘States citizens’) and ‘U.S. citizens.’ McDonald asserts that U.S. citizens or ‘Fourteenth Amendment citizens’ have civil rights,

legislated to give the freed black slaves after the Civil War rights comparable to the unalienable constitutional rights of white state citizens. The benefits of U.S. citizenship are received by consent in exchange for freedom. State citizens consequently take steps to revoke and rescind their U.S. citizenship and reassert their de jure common-law state citizen status. This involves removing one’s self from federal jurisdiction and relinquishing any evidence of consent to U.S. citizenship, such as

• a Social Security number,
• driver’s license,
• car registration,
• use of ZIP codes,
• marriage license,
• voter registration, and
• birth certificate.

Also included is refusal to pay state and federal income taxes because citizens not under U.S. jurisdiction are not required to pay them. Only residents (resident aliens) of the states, not its citizens, are income-taxable, state citizens argue. And as a state citizen land owner, one can bring forward the original land patent and file it with the county for absolute or allodial property rights. Such allodial ownership is held “without recognizing any superior to whom any duty is due on account thereof” (Black’s Law Dictionary). Superiors include those who levy property taxes or who hold mortgages or liens against the property.[12]

Critics of sovereign citizen theory such as Feucht assert that sovereign citizens ‘fail to sufficiently examine the context of the case laws from which they cite, and ignore adverse evidence, such as Federalist No. 15, where Alexander Hamilton expressed that the Constitution placed everyone personally under federal authority.'”

How can you miss the laughability of this? One side wants both spirit and letter; the other side wants only letter, and only those letters that may be read to blunt the spirit. One side wants freedom from government; the other side wants us to think that government is the way to “freedom.” Pardon me, but Thomas Jefferson is a little more important than Alexander Hamilton. This gets so laughable so fast. The truth of this is so clear it’s scary. Yet the choice is perennially yours, and the choice is perennially mine.

Title or deed? A deed does not convey ownership the way a title does. Social Security voids private land ownership or “property.” As with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., terms in ALL CAPS denote corporations. Often, as with your name, there is no “Inc.” at the end to confirm this, yet papers with your name in ALL CAPS (your birth certificate, social security card, ID/license card, passport, shopper’s club card(s), plastic payment (debit/credit) card(s), AAA card, bills, tombstone?). Additionally, your birth certificate number corresponds to a stock number on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE, see fidelity.com) whose value generally depreciates over your lifespan. You are ostensibly collateral against the national debt. (This is known as “redemption theory.”) The AMERICAN BANKNOTE CORPORATION (Washington, DC) (presumably tied to THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM [Washington, DC] and the DENVER MINT [Denver, CO], BUREAU OF ENGRAVING & PRINTING [Washington, DC] and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) prints all birth certificates just as the “FEDERAL RESERVE” prints all the cash. Both are corporations, that is, private. There is no government.

(As an aside “fun fact,” though UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., is in Denver, CO, and not Washington, DC, there are presently in the District of Columbia three corporations with “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” in their name; they are (this is in the order listed on the Dun & Bradstreet site, and note the commas before and the periods after INC):

• JEWISH WAR VETERANS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC
• EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
• NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MANUFACTURERS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC.
• CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Also in DC you have COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA (though it is technically listed as an embassy)!

In 2010 the Supreme Court said that corporations are persons/individuals.

Income tax is not required by the United States Constitution but rather is a British system instituted stateside “as an emergency and temporary war-time tax” in 1862. (Still think you’re not under martial law?) So now your income tax goes through the IRS to the private “Federal Reserve” bank.
