Շhe Legion (Ares) of Christ (to mention an older little army of White supremacist pedophiles operating out of Langley) was dead to begin with—dead in terms of the public trust that is—but, as after many a civil war, a stubborn resistance offered by more discreet copycats still stalks the lay faithful, some of these mixing up their religious song-and-dance with a “Trent-y” liturgical flair! (since apparently, as though from a witch’s curse, Catholics [but even the weird ones?!] can’t have nice things and are quasi-obligatory denied the true spiritual riches such as Divine Liturgies or Hesychasm) and while there remains little doubt that Marcial (Ares) Maciel was a spook working with goons, according to Fr/P. Eric Ramos of Mater Dolorosa (mistranslation given: Mother of Sorrows) Shrine, a “Bishop” Joseph Pfeiffer, rector over at the major “SSPX Résistance”™ 🤭 splinter seminary in Boston (Kentucky) (affiliate site here) is a ringbearing lodgebrother, which, when you look at the Gallicanist/Francophilic hegemony (and 😵‍💫 just 😵‍💫 so 😵‍💫 f*cking 😵‍💫 obligatory 😵‍💫 “Ignatian” 😵‍💫 overtones) within the (F)SSPX, all tracks, and that with a mechanical precision: specially trained uniates or “indult-erers” will have been planted by the Novus Ordo hive of that species of institutional termite (often nicknamed the Lavender Mafia) to try and bring every shade of conservative back under Pope Francis (and therefore under “The United Nations and Faiths Under Theosophy, Inc.”) through controlled-opposition groups that will hatch some combination of self-sabotage and gradual steering of their flock toward Pope Francis. (*Inhales noisily*)

Of these two tradition-sabotaging tactics, this (terminally ill?) Fr/P. Eric Ramos appears to be aiming for the former while (rather unabashedly) using his cult-leader status as a pretext for playing jungle with naïve/young men in this sort of Jabba-the-Hutt way that’s totally “not gay but also don’t be such a homophobe”, to use Father Eric’s own (mefancied) telling expressions. To put it bluntly, over my 2½ weeks’ stay at the Mater Dolorosa compound I can trace a gradual uptick in (homo)sexual innuendo coming from the top leadership there, all highly indicative of a “formation” paradigm to which corruption (and blackmail) is not merely endemic but “baked in” or treated as utterly essential. Though morbidly obese (“500 lbs”) and equally again cartoonish or cirquesque with his illiteracy (posing as an “intellectual” yet one who rather cringeworthily has no clue where to place the stress in the second person singular simple past tense in Spanish and pronounces his nephew[+?]’s name EE·frim) this Hispanic/White/? priest/prior/? has apparently memorized and rehearsed Aristotelian-Thomistic theology at a level just high enough to, with the assistance of his all-persevering ecclesial-canonical ambiguity (you can never pin him down as a secular or religious sacerd), get that sweet “youthful ward poontang” in which the vibe is that he is mainly interested in the power dimension of the sexuality in which he seems to deal within the environment in which he frequently overreaches in his assertion of control. On what was to be my last day at the Mater Dolorosa compound, early in the afternoon of Wednesday 29 January 2025, this blogger did witness one of the most played-out suspense-flick gimmicks in Hollywood history: namely the scene where the maladapted character, in one culminating instant of “clarity”, finally transforms into a volatile psychotic. (After watching Eight Crazy Nights [clearly some kind of Jewtonement to make amends for singing “The Chanukah Song” {sic: I sh*t you not that is how it is officially spelled}] I instantly regretted ever having loved Spanglish, but you get the idea.) In what felt like a cheap psychological thriller (in which I’m not proud to report that mine was the cowardly character who just ran like hell for his own survival) I was reluctantly climbing into the back seat of the priest’s mother’s sedan where Father Eric’s 22-year-old nephew Efraín “Junior” Yáñez was driving His Rotundity to administer Last Rites for, he mentioned, the second time since his ordination by some bishop-for-hire in Australia when the Reverend Father declared “all has been revealed to me”. And this coming from a guy who blamed the fact that the schedule was never kept on his sister/landlady, who mind you looks and operates much the same way he does, being somehow “demonically possessed”, based on his constant assertion that she consistently barges in during meditation time, something no one except Father Ramos ever once seems to have noticed. (A guilt complex over trying to gaslight and groom young people is considered likely.) So I immediately recognized in his expressions “a jargon salad turning to pigswill”, and I demanded that they stop the car, which I immediately exited returning to the building now tormented by visions of the eerily like-minded pair (folie à deux?!), now desperate, suddenly swerving into oncoming traffic or down some embankment and into the Colorado River. As punishment for my act of self-preservation, which I explained over supper in the hearing of the whole group (including 😱 a 😱 16-year-old 😱 named 😱 Carlo) I was that evening (yeah, after dark) forced to leave the house under threat of even more violence from allegedly more of Liza Yáñez’s (by now just about undeniably rife with criminal codependency) family. Clocking thereby two-and-a-half weeks at the Mater Dolorosa Shrine, in view of this almost indomitably horrific sequence of events I probably won’t be going back, impressive though I must admit the liturgics were. The morning after I initially arrived, that is early on Sunday 12 January 2025, Father Eric celebrated his last public Mass in person, as of the time of this blog post it’s ten days since his last YouTube upload, and two or three weeks ago his website came down (still unresponsive as of the time I hit “Publish”—excepting that this hyperlink should, at some future time, resume working).

I give Mater Dolorosa Shrine five pitchforks (🔱🔱🔱🔱🔱) for “scandalizing these little ones who believe” in Him (and autistics like me who are living proof that “maturity is optional”).

Let us pray. May all predators and their enablers richly reap the rewards of their depraved treatment of actually godly pilgrims and prophets. To the predator either visceral transformation or imminent removal from society. Per Christvm dominvm nostrvm. Amen.

Moral of the story. Anybody who can play the Legion-of-Christ–game too well is usually a sex predator.

Modler, they report, had been calling, inquiring, scheduling retreats, cancelling and calling again, etc. All of this culminated when one of Modler’s stays in Louisville, Ky., ended suddenly, he called stating his intent to visit their facility in Indiana. By that time however a Midwest association of retreat facilities had put out an alert to all region retreat centers, and so they were able to cancel on him in time. Modler’s e‑mail response read: ‘No problem. I will go to Jim Bakker’s facility: the Protestants are nicer, and they give free beer and food.’

“2019-11-21: Police in Lancaster, PA, were able to confirm that they were looking for a John Modler who had been accused of remaining for several days under false pretenses at Willow Valley Communities in a place called Willow Street, Penn., then allegedly leaving without payment for the accommodations and services he had received.

“2019-09-04: A John Modler, during his ten-day visit, spent most of the hours on his computer and telephone. He tended to consume a pot of coffee each morning and would pace frequently. Over several weeks Modler kept promising that thousands of dollars in homeless children’s aid was on its way variously from himself, from his uncle, a Monsignor Steffen, and from his brother. Before departing Modler urinated on the top and side of his queen bed mattress. Then he asked for no one to clean his room because he “did it already”, which further delayed cleaning.

“In a routine inspection two days later it was found that Modler had not cleaned the room where he had stayed, but had instead left beer cans strewn throughout and urinated on a new bed in payment for ten days of free room and board.

“2020-09-05: For years Modler has left our ministry voice messages punctuated with threats against Christians, the Catholic Church, and the LBGQT communities all groups that he appears to target for grooming and terrorism. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office since September 5, 2020 have flagged the messages as threats of terrorism, opened a file on Mr Modler, cooperating with the FBI by sharing the voice messages and other files for the FBI’s own open investigation into potential federal hate crime charges.
